REGIONAL HEAD OF PLANT & MAINTENANCE

Job Description
Planning strategies, controlling, evaluating and taking corrective actions for all planning
activities, developing system maintenance and repair of units / equipment, all unit
maintenance and repair activities, and reviewing maintenance cost control in the project
in order to ensure the achievement of target PA, MTBF and MTTR units as needed mining
operations, HSE standards and procedures that apply within predetermined budget limits.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering is preferred
Having at least 5 years of experience in the same position or 10 years as manager plant
Male, maximum 50 years
Having excellence experience maintenance planning & execution, preventive &
breakdown management, maintenance activity & daily strategy, Plant financial & IPHR,
warranty & claim negotiation, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
Have POM certification is preferred
Able to work under deadline
Have good communication
Attention with detail
Only qualified candidates will be processed

with time sensitive deadlines, comfortable working in a fluid
environment where visions and requirements may change,
ability to work independently, or to work with technical staff
with a collaborative, hands-on approach

3. LOWONGAN KERJA ASSISTANT SURVEYOR PROJECT
Lokasi : OKU (Sumatera Selatan)
KUALIFIKASI
• Pendidikan minimal SMK Geodesi.
• Laki-laki, usia minimum 25 tahun.
• Pengalaman minimum 1 (satu) tahun sebagai Assistant Surveyor.
• Mampu melakukan pengukuran menggunakan total station dan waterpass.
• Menguasai penggunaan Autocad Civil 3D dengan baik.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di OKU, Sumatera Selatan.
• Mampu bekerja dengan target.
• Mampu bekerja dalam tim atau individu.
TUGAS ASSISTANT SURVEYOR
• Membantu Surveyor dalam melakukan pengukuran staking out.
• Membantu Surveyor dalam memonitor elevasi galian sesuai dengan ukuran yang
ditetapkan.
• Bisa melakukan levelling menggunakan waterpass.
• Bisa melakukan pengolahan desain gambar.
• Membantu Surveyor dalam membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan dari hasil
pengukuran.
