A. Project Manager/PJO (Coal Mining)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for strategically mining stages in order to achive the most effective cost and
according to the scope of work.
• Managing the implementation of "best practice" principles and techniques in a multi
discipline to deliver required outcomes.
Review of short term, middle term and long term mining operational strategy and plan
• Responsible to reach production target set by management through increase in productivity
level effectively, efficiently and safely.
• Responsible for day today operation in terms of managing the mine activit order to
achieve the target as defined by the company from time to time.
• Managing accurate records of project progress and strong focus on effective planning and
continuous improvement.
Provide updated information related with mining regulations; provide advice and
recommendation for management, related with mining business operations which comply
with mining regulations.
• Managing the scheduled development of coal mining, haul road, coal handling, and other
mining infrastructure.
Lead and manage the project to ensure that the targets on safety, engineering, production,
maintenance, people and financial/commercial outcomes are met.
• Responsible to cost control in all aspect ctivities (engineering, production, plant, HSE, HR,
GA, and all related aspect).
• Represent company, provide information, evidence, and clarification in managing sites
operation issues to government and KTT.

Job Requirements:
. 38-42 years old.
• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• Preferred minimum 10 years senior level experience in coal mining (reputable coal mining
contractor is advantage)
Have a good knowledge of operating mine planning and schedulling software such as
Minescape, Mine, and Xpac.
Demonstrates an ability to successfully manage projects, schedules, budgets, and
encompasses excellent skills in organizational planning & problem solving.
In depth multi tasking capabilities and conversant with project management tools and
techniques (mining management principles, mine planning, mine operation, mining activities
flow, geology, HSE, financial and management).
Broad understanding external and internal economic factors affecting business.
• Business acumen and solid financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget
responsibilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control system
• Able to identify appropriate work methods and productions
• Excellent analytical, evaluate, supervisory, team development and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline
Good level of written and verbal in English.
• Having POM certified.
• Willing to be place at remote site in Kalimantan.
B.Senior Mine Plan Engineer (Coal Mining)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare short term, middle term and long term of mining plan and compare with production,
market and budget requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive production report and analysis of heavy equipment productivity,
man power productivity and activities, fuel consumption, haul distance optimization,
production reconciliation and other needs.
• Responsible for projects schedules, budgets, fleet management, and costing reports.
Prepare progress evaluation report from all of site (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Prepare production achievement and analysis report based on planned actual; and it's
problem solving for any reason of production target fail.
Responsinle for monitoring schedule of dumping (dump balance) against pit schedule to
define overburden quantity and its destination.
• Generating the reserves based on updated geological model.
• Prepare continuous improvement program within collaborate with all of operation team to
make ensure production performance within budget.
Regularly site audit and counseling practices to all site to make ensure effective and
satisfactory progress and completion.
• Taking care of mine product quality in pit, ROM, stockpile and barging/shipment.
• Lead a mine plan engineering team effectiv and provide necessary leadeship.

Job Requirements:
35-40 years old
• Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering
Preferred minimum 8 years working experience as mine plan and minimum years as mine
operation also in coal mining.
Capable of operating mine planning and schedulling software such as Minescape, Minex, and
Xpac; and survey software is a plus (AutoCad, Talpac and Terramodel).
• Capable in mine blasting plan and operation
Good understanding about coal geology and geotech.
• Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application.
• Have outstanding leadership skills, highly motivated, hard working under pressures and good
team work
Have good interpersonal and communications skills.
Good level of written and verbal in English.
Having POP/POM certified.
• Willing to be place at remote site in Kalimantan.
