SALES ADMINISTRATION STAFF
(CODE: SALES ADM)
Duties and responsibilities:
• To prepare document for sales transaction (example Quotation letter, CAS,
Order Letter, PRAS, Sales Agreement, DR. JO, MDI, BAST, Warranty
Certificate and Promotion Material.
• Submit Report on unit sales activities.
• To make recording active customer and unit acquired by customers within
the last one year.
• To make correspondence and document filling of unit sales documents.
• To create forecast report based on input from salesman.
. To create sales activity report.
Qualifications :
• Minimum diploma degree in Secretarial academy, Economic, Marketing.
. Maximum of age is 28 years old.
Mature, independent & teamwork. communicative, outgoing, problem
solving, negotiation skills, detail, meticulous and honest.
• Good communication in English is a must (spoken & written).
. Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc).
• Ready to work under-pressure situation.
. Placement at Samarinda Branch.
Preffered for permanent resident.
